This notice describes inquiries submitted through the Floor Works marketing website, operated by Floor Works Pro Installs LLC.

What you share

The Flooring Investment request collects your name, preferred contact method and phone number or email, project ZIP, optional address, timeline, investment fit, optional notes and concerns, project areas and flooring selections, preliminary planning amount and unpriced items, plus a request identifier and submission time. Campaign tags supplied in the link may be retained in browser session storage and sent with your request to help us understand its source. Contact details and project answers are not stored in browser storage or sent to analytics. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

How we use it

We use your inquiry to review the project, respond to you and coordinate the estimate process. Submitting the form is not a marketing subscription, signed contract or installation booking.

Services that process the inquiry

The website is hosted by Netlify. Form details are sent to Floor Works’ existing Google Apps Script inquiry service. These service providers may process technical request information as part of delivering their services. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts have been added to this website.
